ABOUT CTM REWARDS

CTM Rewards (previously known as Employee Rewards Programme) was launched in November 2014 to thank our corporate clients for their continuous support over the years. This is a special arrangement to reward the employees of our corporate account clients.

This programme is strictly reserved for employees of corporate companies that is currently an active account client of Corporate Travel Management (S) Pte. Ltd. Bookings must be made via the employee’s corporate email so as to authenticate the employee’s status.

Important notice for Wildlife Reserves Singapore tickets (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Safari & Bird Park): Tickets sold are strictly for tourists only. If any local visitor is found to be using the tickets purchased under the travel agent rates, WRS reserve the right to deny them entry to the parks.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I make a purchase?

You may purchase directly from the CTM Rewards portal above and make payment using credit card.

2. Do I need to redeem the voucher for tickets to enter the attraction?

You may print out the e-ticket(s) and proceed straight to the attraction. No redemption is required.

3. Are the tickets open dated?

Yes, the expiry date is stated on the e-ticket(s).

4. Can I get a refund if I am unable to go?

Tickets once sold are non-refundable.

5. I have a corporate event and need to purchase in bulk, do you have a special rate?

Yes, please write to us at sg.ctmrewards@travelctm.com and let us know which attraction and the estimated number of tickets required (adult / child).

6. Do you have other exclusive offers such as hotels and overseas attractions?

At the moment, only local attractions are available through the portal. We will release more local attractions over time. For overseas attraction, do write to us to check on availability and rates. Other exclusive offers such as hotel stays are available on a tactical promotion basis and will be sent via email. If you are not yet on our mailing list for CTM Rewards, please write to us.
