CANADA: Aviation Authorities Ban Boeing 737 Max Planes from Canadian Airspace

Transport Minister Marc Garneau announced a ban on Boeing 737 Max 8 and 9 planes from Canadian airspace after a Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft operated by Ethiopian Airlines crashed in Ethiopia on 10 March, killing all 157 people on board. The cause of the crash remains under investigation; Air Canada, WestJet and Sunwing operate planes affected by the ban.
