Larry Lo

Chief Executive Officer, CTM Asia

Joining Westminster Travel in 2008, Larry Lo is responsible for the Company’s overall management, sales operations and continued development of strategic alliance partnerships across Asia region.

He started his career in 1988 as a Travel Consultant, and worked in a number of travel companies in Hong Kong and Canada gaining an in-depth insight into the international travel industry. Today, he manages CTM’s business in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore.

He currently serves as a member of IATA Agency Programme Joint Council – Hong Kong (APJC) and an Executive Committee of Society of IATA Passenger Agents Limited (SIPA).

Natalie Benson

Chief Operating Officer, CTM Asia

Natalie Benson is CTM’s Chief Operating Officer for Asia. She has significant strategic commercial, business development and operational expertise, with a career of more than 30 years across multiple countries, 20 of which have been dedicated to the travel and events industries.

Natalie joined CTM in North America in July 2016 and has recently moved to Hong Kong to join the Asia Leadership Team. In her current role Natalie is responsible for driving performance across all areas of the commercial operations in Asia to achieve excellence in customer service delivery together with long-term revenue growth and sustainable profits.

Throughout her career, Natalie has led the establishment, sale, integration, and financial improvement, of multiple businesses of varying sizes and industry sectors.  One of Natalie’s most noteworthy achievements was her leadership role in business development, system and process improvement initiatives and a variety of cost-management strategies which over a span of several years resulted in the overall financial improvement / turnaround in excess of USD$40 million.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a long-standing member of the professional body, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Henry Chu

Chief Financial Officer, CTM Asia

Henry has joined Westminster Travel Limited (“CTM Asia”) since 2007 who has taken lead in its listing on Singapore’s SGX in 2009, subsequent acquisition by Corporate Travel Management (“CTM”) in 2014 and several company/business acquisitions, joint ventures and online travel business during the years.

Henry’s responsibilities at CTM include finance functions, treasury management, company secretary, compliance and risk management, and strategic planning and development for CTM Asia with CEO – Asia and its Board.

His experience spans over 20 years in the areas of financial management, listing, merger and acquisition, investor relations, corporate governance and compliance, technology and business development in three listed companies in Hong Kong and EY. Prior to joining CTM Asia, he has been CFO of two listed companies in Hong Kong.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) Degree in Accountancy and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kenneth Wong

Chief Technology Officer, CTM Asia

As Chief Technology Office Asia, Kenneth Wong is responsible for developing and implementing our technology roadmap and other key initiatives. His team focuses on innovations that create customer values and builds the technology needed to support business growth.

Kenneth holds a master degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining CTM, he held various IT and technology roles and has been involved with travel technology for 20 years.

Rico Law

General Manager, CTM Hong Kong

Rico joined Westminster Travel Limited in 1997 as a supervisor in Operations team. Since then, he continuously gained diverse experiences from different roles and responsibilities including sales, account management and people management. Today, he is accountable for the overall management of Hong Kong business.

As General Manager of CTM Hong Kong from 2017, Rico possesses over 30 years of travel industry experience in several large agencies and airlines in Hong Kong, including Cathay Pacific, Four Seas and Westminster Travel Limited.

Rico is passionate on his work and he advocates collaboration. Under his leadership, he always creates a win-win working culture.

Eugene Tan

General Manager, CTM Singapore

Joining CTM Singapore in May 2016, Eugene Tan is responsible for the overall management of the Singapore operation.

Eugene started his career in 1999 as Support Account Manager in a software house providing training and onsite support for the company’s suite of Payroll and Accounting software packages. Eugene foray into travel, first started with Abacus International Pte Ltd. Since then, he has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the travel and GDS industry, operating in various divisions across the Abacus organization from training, online solutions, product marketing to sales.

Prior to joining CTM Singapore, he was with BCD Travel Asia Pacific managing the regional operations across 18 markets in the APAC region.

He is a graduate from Monash University, Melbourne with a Bachelor of Business degree major in Banking and Finance.

Glenn Yuen

General Manager, CTM China

Glenn Yuen has worked for CTM / Westminster Travel since 2009 and now manages CTM’s business operations in China.

Ted Tseng

General Manager, CTM Taiwan

Prior to joining CTM Taiwan, Ted has years of experience in group travel and cruise market in North America as well as TMC experiences in Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing, and other greater China markets. He joined CTM Taiwan in 2016 and is responsible for the overall management of the Taiwan operations.

Relocated to Taiwan in 2007, Ted joined a regional based travel management company with a global networks alliance. From 2008 to 2016, Ted worked from supervisor role all the way to Assistant General Manager in Taiwan office, and was seconded to Shanghai and Beijing offices for few years to lead greater China Sales and Corporate Account Servicing teams. In 2015, Ted took up the extra role as Assistant General Manager for Regional Programme Coordination, representing Group Companies in global alliance board meeting and global conferences.

In fall of 2016, Ted joined CTM Taiwan office and working toward building a professional office that is promoting socially, culturally, environmentally awareness in workplace and to deliver best in class corporate travel programme for the clients.

Ewen Crouch AM

Chairman

Independent Non-Executive Director

Director since March 2019

Ewen Crouch was a Partner at Allens from 1988 – 2013. He served as a member of the firm’s board for 11 years, including four years as Chairman of Partners and his other roles at Allens included Co-Head Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets from 2004 – 2010. He was a director of Mission Australia from 1995, including as Chairman from 2009, until retiring in November 2016.

Mr Crouch is a non-executive director of BlueScope Steel Limited (since March 2013). He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of its Law Committee and a director of Jawun and Sydney Symphony Orchestra. He served as a member of the Takeovers Panel from 2010 – 2015, as a member of the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal from 2015 – 2019 and as a non-executive director of Westpac Banking Corporation from 2013 – 2019.

Ewen Crouch was appointed as Chairman on 25 March 2019.

 

Greg Moynihan

Independent Non-Executive Director

Greg Moynihan is a former Chief Executive Officer of Metway Bank Limited. He has also held senior executive positions with Citibank Australia and Suncorp Metway. Since leaving Suncorp Metway in 2003, Greg Moynihan has focused on his commitments as a Non-Executive Company Director, as well as pursuing business interests in the investment management and private equity sectors.

Sophie Mitchell

Independent Non-Executive Director

Sophie Mitchell has over 30 years of corporate advisory, capital markets and equity research experience. She retired from Morgans in June 2019 after over a decade as an Executive Director in Morgans Corporate and, prior to this, she was Morgans Head of Research.

Sophie now concentrates on her Board roles and is a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Flagship Investments Limited and Chairman of Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Morgans Holdings (Australia) Limited and the Morgans Foundation Limited, a Board member for the Australia Council for the Arts and Chairman of Australian Super’s Queensland Advisory Council.

She was a Non-Executive Director of Silver Chef Limited (September 2011 – December 2019) and a member of the Australian Government Takeovers Panel between 2009 and 2018.

 

Jon Brett

Jon Brett  was formerly an executive director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity Limited, and an executive of Investec Bank (Australia) Limited. He was also the CEO of Techway Limited which pioneered internet banking in Australia.  Jon brings extensive strategic, board and management experience to CTM, particularly in the areas of finance and corporate advisory.

Jon is  currently Executive Chairman of Stridecorp Equity Partners, an AFSL licensed fund manager specialising in private equity, and a non-executive director of Mobilicom Limited. His former directorships include Godfreys Group Limited, The Pas Group Limited and the chairman of Indoor Skydive Australia Group Limited.  Jon was also one of the first non-executive directors at Vocus Group, where he served for over a decade.

Jamie Pherous

Jamie Pherous founded Corporate Travel Management Limited (CTM) in Brisbane in 1994. He has built the Group from its headquarters in Brisbane to become one of the world’s largest travel management companies.

Prior to establishing CTM, Jamie Pherous was employed by Arthur Andersen, now Ernst & Young, as a qualified Chartered Accountant, specialising in business services and financial consulting, notably in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the United Arab Emirates.

 

Laura Ruffles

Executive Director, Global COO

Director since December 2015

Laura Ruffles is CTM’s Global Chief Operating Officer and, in late 2015, was appointed an Executive Director in recognition of her leadership contribution. She has significant local, regional and global industry experience and, in a career of more than 20 years, has led teams across sales, account management, operations and technology. Laura Ruffles is responsible for all aspects of CTM’s business performance. She joined CTM in 2010 and has been a key contributor to its successful growth. She is also a Director of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents.

Neale O’Connell

Global Chief Financial Officer

Neale O’Connell joined CTM as Global CFO in July 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in listed company financial management built over a 25-year career. Neale spent 14 years at Tatts Group before departing in 2018 as Group CFO following the merger with Tabcorp. Neale has deep public company experience; he managed the major financial elements for the floats of Smorgon Steel and Tattersall’s and managed multinational projects as Finance Director for contracting and logistics supplier Delta Group. Neale is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Finance and Treasury Association.

Anne Tucker

Global Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary

Anne Tucker joined CTM in September 2019 as Global Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary. Anne is an experienced corporate lawyer and company secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory engagement and merger and acquisition activity.

Anne has most recently been a consultant providing legal and related advisory services to clients in the gambling and entertainment sector. Anne has also held various legal and compliance roles over a 12 year period with Tatts Group Limited, including the position of General Counsel & Company Secretary, and prior to this worked as a lawyer in both private practice and government roles.

Anne holds both Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) qualifications, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. Anne is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Andrea Joseph

Chief People Works Officer

Andrea is an experienced professional with a proven track record in developing successful solutions and delivering outcomes across all aspects of Human Resources.
A highly skilled leader and project manager, Andrea designed and delivered a Leadership Cultural Change initiative at Suncorp before joining CTM in 2012 to lead CTM’s people functions. As Chief People Works Officer, Andrea is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent who deliver great customer service, and valuable innovative solutions for our clients. Andrea’s role also ensures global accountability in delivering CTM’s shared vision of on-demand flexible learning and high performance coaching to ensure continuous personnel development; such as CTM’s High Performance (HiPo) program. In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in HR and IR, Andrea is also an Accredited Level 2 Executive Coach. Andrea is also responsible, in AU/NZ, for HR, ICT, Health and Safety, and Facilities.

Paul Healy

Global Head of Information Systems and Security

Paul Healy joined CTM in 2008, firstly as the ANZ IT Manager, later moving to lead Group IT operations, before taking on a Global management role in May 2016. Over this period he has been responsible for ensuring CTM’s global computing, communications and security infrastructure has maintained pace with the company’s rapid growth. Paul is also responsible for coordinating CTM’s global cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, privacy and compliance programs, as well as managing CTM’s Business Intelligence and analytics platforms.
Paul is a highly experienced IT professional with over 15 years of IT management experience across various industries. He has led teams across various IT disciplines including infrastructure management, software development, ERP and support services.
Paul holds a Masters’ degree in Information Technology majoring in Enterprise Systems from QUT, and is certified in both Project Management and Business Analysis. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Computing Society.

Scott Ward

Global Head of Partnerships

Scott joined CTM’s Queensland office as the Head of Client Management in 2011 and quickly established himself as someone dedicated to delivering results that were both positive and provided a real impact.
This saw him join the General Manager Succession Plan after his first year with the business and move in to the GM role for Victoria in mid-2013.
In 2017 Scott moved into the role of Global Head of Partnerships. With a focus on technology-based innovation, this position is responsible for aligning efficiencies and optimising partnerships across CTM’s global business.
Before joining CTM, Scott held various roles in the travel industry including the Australian National Sales Manager for one of the largest travel technology companies globally. He has brought this technical knowledge of best-in-market processes to enhance the alignment of solutions offered to CTM’s clients.
With over 15 years’ worth of experience in the travel industry, Scott has an excellent overall understanding of the intricacies of travel and travel management and the most effective ways of applying these to achieve optimal outcomes.

Annabel Ausmus

Global Chief Marketing Officer

Annabel Ausmus is an experienced marketing and communications professional with more than 15 years’ experience managing digital and traditional marketing strategy and implementation in both B2B and B2C disciplines.

Annabel brings a wealth of travel industry marketing experience to CTM, having worked across corporate, leisure (luxury to budget brands), events, wholesale and loyalty travel for privately owned, listed entities and not for profit organisations.

During her time at Corporate Travel Management, Annabel has worked across global growth strategy and entry into the ASX, including a highly successful IPO and the acquisition and rebranding of a number of international companies.

Annabel holds a BA (Hons) degree in Journalism, is a Certified Practicing Marketer (CPM), an Associate Member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI), and sits on the AMI Industry Advisory Group.

Tracey Edwards

Event Travel Management - Global Strategic Lead and GM AU/NZ

Tracey has been with ETM since its inception in early 2011 and brings more than 30 years’ experience in the travel and event industry managing operations around the world, including three years living, establishing and growing an event business in China.
Over the past 8 years the ETM team, under Tracey’s leadership, has evolved from a localised specialist Sydney office to a global offering with more than 100 staff across the world, providing a range of expert event, meeting and group travel services. Tracey ensures the team are delivering event solutions that meet our clients’ diverse needs and are at the forefront of technological efficiency. These achievements have been recognised by the industry, including winning the AFTA award for ‘Best Business Events Travel Agency’ multiple times.
